Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Leave Leaf iPhone app and leaveleafapp.com(together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Sergey Kaplichnyi, operating as Leave Leaf ("Leave Leaf," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Leave Leaf does
Leave Leaf helps you reflect on and change your relationship with cannabis. Depending on the goal you choose, the app can help you track consecutive cannabis-free days or planned cannabis-free days, record check-ins, view your journey and evolving Scenes, and access prompts for difficult moments. You can change your goal. Progress displays and savings estimates are informational and may depend on what you enter.
Leave Leaf is a self-guided wellness tool. It is not medical care, therapy, a diagnosis, a treatment program, or an emergency service. We do not promise that using it will cause you to quit, reduce use, avoid relapse, or achieve a particular health outcome. If you need medical or mental-health advice, speak with a qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.
2. Eligibility and your use
You must be at least 18 years oldto use Leave Leaf. You are responsible for using it in accordance with the laws that apply to you. Do not use the Service to promote illegal activity, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's information, or copy or redistribute its content without permission.
The information you enter should be yours to provide. You are responsible for your decisions about cannabis use. A check-in is a personal record, not a medical assessment or proof of abstinence.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Some features require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. The available plan, price, billing period, introductory offer, and any free-trial eligibility are shown on the purchase screen and confirmed by Apple before you subscribe. The displayed App Store offer controls your purchase.
If you select an eligible annual offer with a free trial, the trial converts to a paid annual subscription at the displayed price unless you cancel before the trial ends. An offer without a trial starts billing when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the next renewal. Apple charges your Apple Account and handles payment, taxes, billing questions, and refunds under its applicable terms.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or through Apple's subscription-management interface. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues through the current paid period or trial, subject to Apple's rules. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You can use Restore Purchasesin the app to recover access associated with an eligible App Store purchase. For refund requests, follow Apple's refund process.
Prices and offers may vary by country, currency, eligibility, and time. We may change future pricing or offerings in accordance with Apple's processes and applicable law. We will not substitute a different charge for the one Apple presents for your approval.
4. Your entries and privacy
You keep your rights in the goals, check-ins, notes, and other text you enter. You grant us only the rights needed to operate any feature that processes information you choose to provide. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Do not enter information about another person unless you have the right to do so.
If you delete the app or its data, local records may be lost. If your device uses a system backup, restoration may depend on Apple's backup settings. You are responsible for keeping any personal copy you want to retain.
5. Leave Leaf content and availability
The app, its design, text, images, Scenes, trademarks, and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, limited, nonexclusive right to use the Service for its intended purpose while these Terms apply. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse it except where applicable law permits.
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will act reasonably in making material changes to a paid service and honor rights you have under applicable law. We cannot guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or iOS version.
6. Disclaimer and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without a guarantee of a particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Leave Leaf is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. These Terms do not limit liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and give additional notice when required by law. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.

The iPhone app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a different EULA is presented for the app in the App Store. If these Terms conflict with Apple's applicable license terms concerning the app license, those license terms control that issue. Apple is not responsible for providing Leave Leaf's customer support.
